Since Bella does all her shopping in Port Angeles, a store there thought that they should be the ones to do all the selling of the knockoffs from the films. They have created dresses that look exactly like what Bella wore to the prom in Twilight and a replica of the dress Bella wore to her birthday party at the Cullens house in New Moon.
If I were a girl shopping for my prom dress in Port Angeles, it's probably where I would get my dress too!
